At Irwell Hill Residences, the MVRDV-designed condominium in Singapore's District 9, Prestige Global Designs created a calm, modern three-bedroom home in warm neutrals with soft sage accents. Stone-textured feature walls traced with slim bronze lines line the entrance, leading to an open living and dining space framed by floor-to-ceiling city views.
A dramatic grey-veined stone feature wall anchors the living room, paired with a low modular sofa and sage swivel armchairs. Above the dining table, a cluster of glowing globe pendants adds a sculptural touch, with a built-in wine display set into the wall beyond. In the master bedroom, a soft leaf-pattern feature wall, warm cove lighting and a dressing table in warm wood and bronze continue the quiet, restful palette.
