This five-storey terrace house in Singapore's East Coast was designed to feel relaxed yet refined, with every corner serving a purpose. Prestige Global Designs joined the project before the walls went up, shaping the space planning and interior selections across all five levels. The entrance opens into a double-volume living and dining space, where a cascade of globe pendant lights hangs against a full-height marble feature wall.
Each level reveals a different mood: a sleek kitchen and dark stone bar, a calm master suite with a panelled headboard and walk-in wardrobe, a botanical family lounge, a glass-walled study, a home gym and a rooftop terrace. A floating timber staircase with perforated metal screening links the levels, while a lap pool framed by vertical timber screens brings resort-style ease to everyday family life.
