MASTERCLASS PURPOSE: MENTOR ● GUIDE ● EMPOWER

Design schools teach you how to design spaces. Built on real-world experience, our pro bono masterclass teaches you how to build a life and business around them.

We go beyond theory and trends to share the practical realities of a meaningful career in interior design:

• Communicating professionally, understanding clients’ needs, and being accountable to them, while coordinating effectively with contractors and suppliers.
• Making sound decision-making and building a sustainable practice grounded in integrity.

For aspiring designers:

• To mentor is to walk closely with them through real projects, sharing lessons learned through our experience, demonstrating professional conduct, giving honest feedback, and helping them grow into confident, ethical practitioners.

For children from less-privileged backgrounds:

• To guide is to help them discover creativity as a possible pathway forward. We aim to nurture their self-belief and hope, so they can begin to imagine a future shaped by purpose, dignity, and confidence.

We believe that when we empower one person to see new possibilities, we create the potential for many more lives to be changed.
